  • Payments made for Premium Listings, Featured Ads, or Promotional Services on Vet and Pets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If you face a technical issue (e.g., ad not displaying properly), please contact our support team.
  • We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include extension of listing time or a service credit.

3. Service Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you have booked a service (such as grooming, boarding, daycare, or vet consult) and wish to cancel, please contact the advertiser or service provider directly.
  • Refunds for service cancellations are subject to the advertiser’s cancellation and refund policies.
  • Vet and Pets is not liable for refunds for services provided by third-party businesses.

4. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Services

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service received, you can directly contact the advertiser to request a replacement, refund, or rescheduling.
  • Alternatively, you may raise a complaint through Vet and Pets customer care, and we will assist in forwarding the complaint to the respective advertiser.

5. Pricing and Errors

  • All service prices listed are based on advertiser inputs and are subject to change.
  • In case of any pricing error or service unavailability, the advertiser will notify you with updated information before proceeding.
  • You may accept the revised pricing or cancel your booking without any penalty from Vet and Pets.
